Everything was handled efficiently and professionally. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The only problem I had was Info Track for completing sale details. This app was clumsy, unfriendly and did not upload correctly necessitating information being.

Having moved twice in the past twenty years, Star Legal has been the perfect solicitor making everything possible. They have helped us sell two houses and buy three now. For both moves they went out of their way to ensure we could exchange and complete seamlessly, taking the stress out of it all. We will be going with Star Legal again when the time comes to move once more.

I purchased my apartment under challenging circumstances, which my local
Star Legal office adapted to very well. Sara took these circumstances
into account and the purchase was completed within three months. The
communication between us was very good and the service was
reasonably priced.
Sara answered all my questions in full, giving me confidence in the

Thanks to Sarah, Hannah and the team for all of their support with the sale of our property. At the outset we were provided with a clear and comprehensive view of the process and charges payable. Through the process we were regularly contacted promptly by Sarah with requests for information & when I needed information Sarah would respond timely. Towards the end of the process when we were close to exchange I contacted Sarah and I was able to speak to her direct. The exchange took a few days but Sarah would send the email requesting our authority exchange first thing each morning to ensure completed timely. On the final day she also assisted and spoke to the other parties to ensure the exchange went through without further delay.

I can’t recommend star legal Tiverton enough! Richard and Helle were amazing to deal with throughout the process of our new house purchase. This was not a normal house purchase with lots of time on our hands, this was an auction purchase with an extremely tight turn around time (with non negotiable completion date) at a very busy period for the property market (June 2021).
Richard and Helle kept us updated throughout and took away the stresses, going above and beyond to ensure we completed on time to meet our auction terms. Richard is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything clearly, he was able to keep our confidence throughout the process, despite some hurdles along the way out of his control! We are very happy we used Star Legal Tiverton and wouldn’t want to use anywhere else in the future.
