If you are intending to buy or sell a property I highly recommend Sara Edwards and her team (particular mention to Sara and Helen Hammond) at Devonalds Solicitors, Talbot Green. After loosing my husband I found the need to downsize so this was my first time of selling and buying a property on my own. The Team were absolutely amazing and realised how stressful it was for me. They were of great assistance and guided me through the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble and they answered my numerous questions immediately. When I encountered a few difficulties they sorted them immediately and made me feel I was a priority so I have no hesitation in recommending the practice.

Very capable solicitors and would highly recommend to friends and family. We wanted to use a local firm for the purchase of our first house, Sara and Helen made the whole process straightforward and largely stressfree, even with an unexpected plot twist at the end. We just purchased our first house and we were recommended Devonalds Solicitors, in particular, Sara Edwards' Team who handle conveyancing.
They use an app that makes it really easy and convenient to check updates, and progress with your case. It's not without its issues however, we found it particularly useful.
They respond quickly, and they are great in person and on the phone.
As Brits we love to complain about the weather, GP receptionists, and how solicitors love to "drag their feet".
We found the process super fast and we were kept in the loop the whole time. No feet were dragged.
They gave us great advice when we were worried and provided us with clear options when choices needed to be made.
They did an amazing job, and we are very thankful. Hopefully we won't need to buy / sell again but if we do, we know where we will go.

Our staff all live in the same communities as you. We shop in the same shops, we go to the same gyms, pubs or clubs, we have the same dreams and problems, and our day to day lives are similar. So we know exactly how important that legal problem is to you.
