Fast, efficient & cheap
My sale was completed in well under the usual 12-16 weeks. In part helped by the fact neither buyer nor seller has a chain, but also because Devonalds were so prompt and efficient.
I also did not need to go in to the office once, which is so convenient for me as I work full time and have many commitments outside work. I only had to post docs through the door once, which was fine after hours when I could fit it in. All docs that required signatures were posted to me.
When I called for advice during the sale, they ACTUALLY SPOKE TO ME there and then, which is just amazing for a solicitor!!
And all of that service for the least I’ve ever paid to sell a house!
Very, very, very impressed. Would 100% use again!
