Absolutely fantastic! I was not a client of Devonalds, however Sara Edwards was the acting solicitor of my seller. They helped achieve the impossible by getting my property completed within an astounding 7 weeks. Without their cooperation with my solicitor and their speed and expertise, I would not have made the stamp duty holiday. If you are intending to buy or sell a property I highly recommend Sara Edwards and her team (particular mention to Sara and Helen Hammond) at Devonalds Solicitors, Talbot Green. After loosing my husband I found the need to downsize so this was my first time of selling and buying a property on my own. The Team were absolutely amazing and realised how stressful it was for me. They were of great assistance and guided me through the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble and they answered my numerous questions immediately. Always open and honest
Sara has made every effort to keep in touch with us via email and phone when necessary. She is always helpful and when she says she will phone back she actually does!! Sara is absolutely amazing. This is the 4th/5th house move she has acted for us and EVERY time she goes ABOVE and BEYOND!! She keeps us up to date daily and is always open and honest! She is very professional but also understands the emotions of her clients when making such a big purchase. We feel that Sara has to be one of the BEST Solicitors in the UK!! Thank you.
