Friendly and efficient communication

Laura oversaw our sale and purchase which was unfortunately at the end of a rather large chain. Laura was patient and friendly dealing with my queries and dealt with the frequently changing goal posts of the chain in a professional and very competent manner. The fees are very reasonable too and if it had not been for the ridiculous chain, completion would have been achieved quickly.

Initially felt listened to and understood. Happy with plan set out to tackle my family law matter. When I raised concern about the content of letters (extremely poor spelling/grammar), I was met with a response of “At this juncture, I am concerned that you have lost faith in our team and our firm, and I am further concerned that we are unable to meet your expectations”. This completely stonewalled and did not address my concerns which were very valid. I was forced to change firm following this

My experience with Laura Carter and her team went above and beyond and made my first time buying a pain free process. Laura always returned my calls and emails the same day and sometimes within minutes! Her and the team put me at ease with my many questions and worries and dealt with any issues with professionalism and care, especially when having to deal with such an awful legal team on the other side.
