Friendly and efficient service
Devonalds dealt with the sale of a buy to let property for me. The service was friendly and helpful and I was kept informed about progress. I was very impressed with their online app, which was easy to use and an excellent way of keeping in touch and keeping up with progress. Staff were also helpful on the phone.

Quick, helpful, everything made easy
Really happy with the service from Anna, Daniel and the team. Lovely people, knowledgable, quick service. I’m a bit anxious but I felt happy they had everything under control. Would definetly use again.

Fantastic
My partner and I were first time buyers and Devonalds couldn’t have helped us more. Our first purchase fell through and we were able to transfer our funds to our next purchase, we also had long waits on our mortgage agreement and the staff at Devonalds were so patient and understanding. I will 100% be using their service again, I can not fault it at all. Whenever we had a question the response was quick and helpful and everything was dealt with promptly. The best about !

Polite and professional but warm too
Anna was informative throughout my involvement with Devonalds. Anna was also sincere and sensitive when the completion date didn’t go ahead the first time. Thank you. Nicky was always available if Anna wasn’t and kept me informed. He was always polite and professional but warm too.
