Friendly and efficient service
I was at the end of aclong chain selling and buying a property. Laura Carter and her team dealt with the conveyancing process in a professional and friendly manner. Communication was great and it was evident had I not been in a long chain the whole process would have concluded much quicker. Fees were very reasonable too. Would highly recommend.

Friendly and efficient communication
Laura oversaw our sale and purchase which was unfortunately at the end of a rather large chain. Laura was patient and friendly dealing with my queries and dealt with the frequently changing goal posts of the chain in a professional and very competent manner. The fees are very reasonable too and if it had not been for the ridiculous chain, completion would have been achieved quickly.

Super efficient service
The Devonalds team have been amazingly efficient and speedy. Great communication and care in dealing with my late uncles conveyance. Highly recommend this company.

Excellent conveyancing service
My experience with Laura Carter and her team went above and beyond and made my first time buying a pain free process. Laura always returned my calls and emails the same day and sometimes within minutes! Her and the team put me at ease with my many questions and worries and dealt with any issues with professionalism and care, especially when having to deal with such an awful legal team on the other side. I'm relieved Laura was looking after me and not them otherwise I would probably still be waiting to complete now!

Selling made easy

Professional service.
I recently used Devonalds for conveyance of my property sale, I received a friendly & professional service from the team especially Rebecca and Laura throughout the sale process. I was provided with clear instruction and communication throughout what became a difficult sale.
The team had great knowledge and advice regarding the sale and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Remortgage
The service I have had from Laura and the whole team at Devonalds has been excellent. This was a stressful time for me but during discussions everything was explained in a manner void of too much legal jargon and really put me at ease. The whole process was completed very quickly and far quicker than I expected.

1st Time Buyer.
Being a 1st time buyer I was very nervous in the processes of buying a house. Laura and her team at Caerphilly office Devonalds were outstanding. The information given to me and my partner was easy to process and very self explanatory. All queries we had were dealt with very efficiently and the team at Devonalds were a pleasure to work with.
