We have just used Devonalds in Bridgend to purchase our house. Both Luke and Alex have helped make the process quick and stress free. They were always quick to respond and help us with any queries. They were both very professional and always polite and we couldn’t be more grateful for how hard they worked to complete the purchase in only a couple of months. The app is fantastic to help visualise where we were in the process and keep us in the loop. I would recommend them without any reservations.

I had the pleasure of having Luke Williams' team from the Bridgend branch looking after the sale of my property, and the purchase of a new one. Luke was outstandingly good; I've bought and sold properties before, and Luke and his team are head and shoulders above the rest. Luke was everything that you could ask for from a conveyancing solicitor: diligent, responsive, proactive. I cannot recommend Devonalds highly enough.

Rang Devonalds Bridgend to make an appointment for my elderly father. Was told Luke would call me back. Never got a phone call back so I rang them again. Was told by the receptionist he couldn’t deal with our request at this time. No explanation as to why? Very unprofessional!

They did conveyancing for the sale and purchase of our home. Efficient and caring with regular communication with us, which is so important.
We always felt listened to and had our concerns and questions responded to in a timely manner. Pricing was more than fair and their billing was clear from the beginning.
They use an app to support you through creating the paperwork for the conveyancing which we found really easy and useful. We could go through the enquiries in our own time and respond when we had the answer immediately. You can also message the team working on your case directly through the app if you want.
All in all we were very happy with the service Devonalds provided. I'd especially like to thank Leah and Luke who worked very hard to ensure the move to our lovely new home went as smoothly as possible.

Our staff all live in the same communities as you. We shop in the same shops, we go to the same gyms, pubs or clubs, we have the same dreams and problems, and our day to day lives are similar. So we know exactly how important that legal problem is to you.
