Probate Application
The company had security and possession of my brother's Will for twelve years without charge. I therefore thought it only right that I should use them to execute it when my brother dies. They acted very professionally and efficiently on my behalf and I would recommend them highly.

A relatively quick process
A quick and efficient way to obtain probate.
Devonalds were also very helpful in completing the inheritance tax documents.

Amendment to Will
We recently amended our Wills at Devonalds Solicitors. Our experience was very positive, we had direct contact with our Solicitor Ffion who provided a first class service. The whole process was straightforward. We had a friendly, professional and efficient service.

Great service
Used the firm to obtain Grant of Probate for my late father's estate. Explained the process well and all fees were agreed upfront.
I will use the firm again to transfer deed of ownership of my late father's house.
