Simple Process
I had heard multiple accounts of the house buying process being an absolute pain but Devonalds made it very easy. Good value for money and competitively priced.

Conveyancing
We were looking for a solicitor to handle the sale and purchase of our properties. We were recommended Devonald's by our estate agent. I am so happy he recommended them because the experience has been first class- I haven’t been able to say that ever before in the past with other legal forms we’ve used. Their app worked perfectly for us. We are both busy professionals and having everything at our fingertips was so handy. It made the process so smooth and kept all our documents in one place. Victoria was superb and answered any question we had within minutes. I felt she was there whenever we needed her and we felt so supported during the entire process. The whole experience was fantastic and we will only use this firm going forwards! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone! Superb work.

Excellent service
Victoria always responded in a prompt manner, within at least one hour of a query usually. She helped with every question or concern I had. I will be using this firm in the future due to the fantastic service Victoria provided.
