Without going into details of my case, I would like to express my sincere gratitude, first of all to Mr Peter Haney, he was my first point of contact within the firm, he was very informative and helped me understand the whole process and what I had ahead of me, he was in direct contact with me at all times regarding the status of the case and informed me of any updates. Secondly, to Mr Jim Smith, who was given control of my case once it was committed to The Crown, what an absolutely fantastic bloke, helped me every step of the way, always there if I needed any advice or any questions answering.
