Throughout the whole process we were kept aware and all steps were clearly communicated with us of which was greatly appreciated given we were first time buyers. Both Chris and Olivia were always happy to answer any questions we had and in an extremely timely manner. As a first time buyer, I had no idea what to expect or what the process of buying a house would be. Everything was explained clearly and in a way I would understand. No question felt silly to ask. Communication was excellent, was easy and fast to get response whether that was through there app or by phone. Even when there was annual leave happening, my file was still being continued and overseen by others and moving forward. I would 100% recommend anyone, and I know I would not go anywhere else if I was to need there services again.
