Excellent service, our only feedback is that the app access stopped working for Sam and he contacted yourselves about it and never heard back and it was never fixed. Otherwise our experience was very good and Ellie was very helpful.

Fantastic solicitors, would highly recommend.
Sam and Ellie have been fantastic and the whole process from start to finish couldn’t have gone any smoother. Always promptly getting back to us if we had any questions and always reassured us keeping our mind at ease as we all know it can be quite stressful process. I would highly recommend them both and I will certainly use them again in the future if needed. Thanks again ladies 🙏

Fantastic, quick, friendly service
Fantastic service by Sam and Ellie made us relaxed and gave us a quick service when buying our first home. Would highly recommend Bell Lamb and Joynson, especially Sam and Ellie. Told by lots of people that this would be a long drawn out process, however Sam and Ellie made this move quick, easy and harmless!

House purchase
I saw a lot of recommendations for this solicitor in particular on a community page via social media and they did not disappoint from start to finish. The whole process took about 2 months and the best thing is they have their own app that guides you along the way to show you step by step exactly where you are up to in the process. The app also allowed you to communicate with your solicitor directly and you could sign all documents through it as well. My solicitors were Sam Austin and Ellie Jones - any emails I sent were replied to within no time at all. Thanks again
