Sam moved back to Liverpool in 2001 and since that date has been working as a conveyancing fee earner in the local area save for a brief period when she worked for a firm in Derbyshire. Sam has previously worked at Goodmans for 14 years and more recently Maxwell Hodge and DC Law in Southport. Sam is a welcome addition to our award-winning conveyancing department.

Excellent service, our only feedback is that the app access stopped working for Sam and he contacted yourselves about it and never heard back and it was never fixed. Otherwise our experience was very good and Ellie was very helpful.

A great solicitor to use, easy set up on the app and everything was straight forward. Would highly recommend Ellie, her communication was superb and always happy to help. Would recommend this company to anyone and I would use again in the future.

This is the fourth or fifth time I have used Bell Lamb and Joynson So this should say it all
But I have to add the service I have had from Bell Lamb and Joynson as been fabulous each purchase as run smoothly the staff have been really friendly professional and happy to help. But this last purchase especially as it was Sam who informed me of the change in stamp duty changes and managed to complete in my completion in hours I couldn’t ask for a better service 10 out 10 from me

FTB house purchase

Simple and straightforward process
