I was selling a probate property and Rachael and Victoria were amazing. Rachael and Victoria made the exchange and completion happen the same day to avoid any further delays to me and my family as the buyers solicitors were not very efficient and kept causing delays. They dealt with such a sensitive matter amazingly. They both go above and beyond for their clients and their client care is second to none. This is my first ever house sale, BLJ and in particular Victoria Boutle were amazing.
Whilst it can be quite scary Victoria always gave sound advice and was a very calming influence.

i had a really lovely experience and came out with a big smile on my face... i went into this solicitor s office expecting to get help filling a form in and came out with a much better option - Lucie told me that she could actually do the full name change process for me to save me filling this form out again and waiting another 6 month s for the reply... her and all the team where so lovely i have actually referred my friend for the same thing and my parents will also be coming in to get some advice on Will s etc.

The whole process took 6 months, and here are definitely times where the causation is BLJ.
Wrong documents sent to me to sign rather than to Halton housing
Sending me documents to sign more than once
Charging me extra for shared ownership fee
Never returning a call when calling for updates
Both my seller and my buyer saying their solicitor advised it was BLJ causing hold up
Whilst the two people assigned were lovely, I feel BLJ is over worked with cases leaving no time for their customers
