Motoring Offences
I was charged with two counts of speeding and two counts of failing to notify which could have resulted in me losing my licence, however Darren was able to get this reduced to 3 points and a small fine which was a great result.

Re: magistrates court represented by Darren Jones
Darren Jones in court today was excellent we went into court with a situation that could have gone a different way. Darren was very clear and persuasive made the magistrates agree with his point of view with the outcome of the case

Perfect Result
I can highly highly recommend Darren Jones of BL&J Solicitors as a criminal defence lawyer.
After a lengthy time on police bail and a trial adjournment due to my previous representatives having a conflict of interest with a CPS witness. Darren and his team took on my case at very short notice.
From the first interaction with Lauren Whittaker I felt an ease and decided that Bell Lamb and Joynson were the firm I wanted to represent me at trial.
I was extremely impressed by Darren at our first meeting. He was honest, straight talking and I could instantly tell he was very experienced in his field. He made me feel at ease knowing I was getting the best representation possible. On trial day he got me the best outcome possible which was an acquittal - not guilty.
