Excellent Service
This is the second time I've used Rachael McClean as our solicitor and as always she is excellent; communicative, thorough and approachable. It's also the first time we have used BLJ, and we were equally impressed by the firm as a whole, particularly with Victoria. They also make use of a brilliant app which makes submitting paperwork a doddle. Would highly recommend.

Rachael and Victoria are amazing
I was selling a probate property and Rachael and Victoria were amazing. Rachael and Victoria made the exchange and completion happen the same day to avoid any further delays to me and my family as the buyers solicitors were not very efficient and kept causing delays. They dealt with such a sensitive matter amazingly. They both go above and beyond for their clients and their client care is second to none. If you need assistance with conveyancing bell lamb and joynson are the firm to instruct.

House sale, Jan 2025
This is my first ever house sale, BLJ and in particular Victoria Boutle were amazing.
Whilst it can be quite scary Victoria always gave sound advice and was a very calming influence.
If I ever end up in the position of selling a house I would definitely be using these great solicitors again. A massive thank you from me and Susan.

Amazing service
It was my first time buying a property and I was quite anxious about the process. I’m pleased with the excellent service provided by BLJ solicitors. Rachael McClean and Victoria Boutle were very helpful, professional, approachable & quick at responding to any messages / queries etc.
It made the whole process of purchasing the property stress free for me.
