i had a really lovely experience and came out with a big smile on my face... i went into this solicitor s office expecting to get help filling a form in and came out with a much better option - Lucie told me that she could actually do the full name change process for me to save me filling this form out again and waiting another 6 month s for the reply... her and all the team where so lovely i have actually referred my friend for the same thing and my parents will also be coming in to get some advice on Will s etc.
