As a first time buyer, and not knowing the process, it would have been nice to be given a weekly update (regardless of wether there was an update or not) as there were times I was the one to ask for updates.

Chris was utterly brilliant. I'd had a house sale fall through prior to this sale (with a different solicitors) and so was very nervous about this one. Chris was supportive, clear and quick to respond, only point I'd make, when clients are 1st time buyers, try not to assume we know what the jargon means, or maybe give weekly updates, even if it's to say there's no change, so people are kept in the loop
