Jessica O'Toole

Paralegal

Jessica graduated with a law degree from Liverpool John Moores University, where she also completed her Master’s in Law and the Legal Practice Course (LPC). She has supported clients on a variety of family law matters, including Care and Supervision Orders, divorce and financial remedy cases, Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act (TALATA) claims, and injunctions such as Domestic Abuse Orders, Non-Molestation Orders, and Occupation Orders. In her role, Jessica works as part of the public law team, representing clients involved in care proceedings and pre-proceedings. Her responsibilities include liaising directly with Local Authorities and clients, drafting legal documents, and supporting the team with complex cases. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys travelling to new countries and spending quality time with her boyfriend, close friends, and family.
