1st class service for my house purchase

I can not thank Caroline Walton enough for saving the day with my house purchase. After being mucked about by another law firm for 6 weeks I got in touch with Blanchards and Bailey for some advice. Caroline got back to me really quickly and reassured me. I then decided for Blanchards and Bailey to deal with my house purchase and in the time the other law firm didn't do a great deal Caroline completed my whole house purchase. She was very pleasant to deal with. Responded quickly to all communications and kept me updated throughout the whole process. I can't thank her enough.

Impressed by friendly professionalism and customer service

Really grateful to Rheanna and her team. Dealt with the selling of not one but two family properties we were dealing with and therefore ongoing at the same time. It could have been a recipe for confusion but no, Rheanna and her team were always clear, friendly, professional and above all gave constant updates and customer service throughout the sale process.

I recently had the pleasure of contacting BB in regards to an emotive situation regarding my late Mothers Last Will & Testament. I was contacted by Ruby shortly after my enquiry who promptly booked me an appt with Wingwai Tam. Wingwai approached our conversation, having familiarised herself with the content of the Will and clearly explained any ambiguity or uncertainty I had. I would particularly like to highlight that she was sensitive to the subject and explained by options within the realms of whether to contest, based on having been pretty much negated for any (natural) entitlement.
I cannot praise her approach more highly and would recommend anyone looking to gain clarity and be treated with sensitivity in personal legal matters to use BB/ Wingwai.

A very disappointing service from the Probate department - not sure if it was a case of too many clients or a culture within the company - it felt like our file would come to the top every couple of weeks, one task would be done (or just considered) and back to the bottom of the pile it went. Only when a formal complaint was submitted did any concerted action happen. This laidback approach wouldn't work in any other profession. The management needs to look at how Probate applications are processed, with weekly checks and updates for all clients.

I was recently sent a Notice from another Solicitors, concerning my fathers Lasting power of Attorney. I wanted to get some clarification and advice on the implications of the notice and reached out to Blanchards Bailey to help. Jerome Dodge was excellent and explained what the Notice meant and offered some options on how to proceed. Jerome was very sympathetic at what was an emotional time for all involved. Excellent service and would have no hesitation in recommending them.
