Deputyship
It took me a while to find a solicitor that specialises in Deputyship.
I eventually was able to Speak to Sophie at Blandchards Bailey in Blandford, she was very knowledgeable
It was a very long process to receive my Deputyship certificate. But I would like to thank Sophie for all of her hard work and I would highly recommend Sophie for any work with court of protection.

Very helpful in difficult circumstances.
Sophie was very approachable & empathetic in dealing with my mother in law’s LPA’s in difficult circumstances. Would have no hesitation in recommending.

Excellent service
I contacted Blanchards Bailey to request they give me help with my mother's Enduring Power of Attorney; a document I had signed many years ago. I was put in contact with Sophie, and as I live in France, all our communication was achieved either by telephone, or via email. I found Sophie exceedingly approachable, and everything went smoothly, without a hitch.
All in all, a very pleasant and positive experience.
