Ben is a Partner in Blanchards Bailey’s Litigation and Disputes team. He specialises in all aspects of property and company commercial disputes. Ben started legal practice in 2008 and joined Blanchards Bailey in 2017. He offers clients a mindful, logical and down-to-earth approach. Ben aims to understand client’s objectives at the outset and, working alongside other members of the team, strike the balance between a firm and conciliatory approach depending on the specific circumstances of a case. Ben is a believer in early resolution and settlement (where appropriate) to avoid the cost and stress of litigation. He operates on the basis that “prevention is better than cure” with it being beneficial to obtain legal advice when a dispute is looming, rather than after it has started. Ben qualified as a solicitor in 2010 and became a partner at Blanchards Bailey in 2021. As well as specialising in property and company commercial disputes, he oversees the development of three junior lawyers within the litigation and disputes department.
