Kate is an experienced Commercial Property solicitor who joined the Agricultural and Commercial Property team in late 2023. Kate started her legal career in 2019 at another Dorset firm after spending 15 years working for a local clothing brand managing their sales team. She completed her entire Training Contract in the Commercial Property department and spent a further 2.5 years working as a qualified solicitor there before joining Blanchards Bailey. As a result of her uninterrupted time in this area of law, Kate has a broad knowledge of a variety of commercial transactions, including the acquisition and disposal of commercial property, landlord and tenant matters, plot sales, conditional contracts and option agreements
