Before I sold my flat I was told that getting solicitors to take on the legal side of selling and buying of flats wasn't easy because of things like management company's and leaseholds so I approached Laura and she gave me a price and a timescale. I went through all the legalities over the 5 months it took to get the sale over the line and I have to say everyone from the pleasent secretaries to the assistants of Laura all helped it be a less stressful sale so a big thank you from me.

The Legal process
The main reservation I have is the amount of time the legal process takes in dealing with wills and probate. Having to look back over so many months since my husband died is upsetting and does not help with the changes you have to meet whilst still grieving. Learning to trust people is the main lesson I have had to learn and still I really fear technology.
Blanchards have been very supportive in helping me but I do so wish that my own circumstances would move faster so that other legal matters that need addressing can be approached

House Sale
