Fastest completion in history

Tessa was fantastic. I found myself in a position where I'd need to be moved in from 'Offer Accepted' to 'Completion' within five weeks. It was a tall ask, but Tessa enabled this to happen, saving my child and I being homeless. She was responsive, professional and, most of all, completely thorough enabling a safe purchase of my first home. The team didn't let the ball drop once. I felt prioritised always, even though I'm aware they'd be looking after multiple clients. Thank you, Tessa and Blanchards Bailey.

Property Sale & Purchase excellence

I had the good fortune recently of Tess Perry being assigned to deal with my property purchase. Tess was absolutely brilliant, super efficient with excellent customer and communication skills keeping me informed as necessary throughout the process. Tess acted for me in previous property sales when she was equally fantastic. I am so very pleased I engaged Blanchards Bailey’s Services; Tess is such a professional and a huge asset to the firm.

Home purchase

It was a pleasure doing business with Blanchards Bailey. They have been professional, empathetic and very considerate to our unusual needs. Due to having Power of Attorney, I was dealing with the sale of my mothers property from Belgium during the Covid pandemic, which wasn’t easy.

Blanchards Bailey did their utmost to help both my mother and myself to be able to communicate by going the extra mile and keeping us both up to date with the process.

I was recently purchasing a new home and was so pleased to be able to find Sarah Trickey at Blanchards Bailey. Sarah had previously acted as conveyancer for me but had moved from the previous company. Her no nonsense attitude, sense of humour and professional manner made my house move so much easier and the price was right too! Thank you Sarah and Blanchards Bailey for making one of life’s most stressful experiences (almost) a doddle 😊

I rang up to arrange an appointment to witness filing in a specific form. Was told no problems. Went to the appointment only to be told that they do not offer this service. Not sure why this wasn't made clear on the phone call before the appointment, waste of time. I had to take time off work.

A very disappointing service from the Probate department - not sure if it was a case of too many clients or a culture within the company - it felt like our file would come to the top every couple of weeks, one task would be done (or just considered) and back to the bottom of the pile it went. Only when a formal complaint was submitted did any concerted action happen. This laidback approach wouldn't work in any other profession. The management needs to look at how Probate applications are processed, with weekly checks and updates for all clients.
