I am a solicitor in the residential conveyancing team and am based in Blanchards Bailey’s Shaftesbury office. I qualified as a solicitor in 2016 and have worked in conveyancing since. I have previously worked at firms in Bournemouth and Christchurch, so I am familiar with the local area. I act on behalf of first-time buyers, property investors, developers, executors, attorneys, and private clients wishing to move house. I assist with property sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity – for both freehold and leasehold properties, whether unregistered or registered. I qualified as a solicitor in 2016. I have worked in my current area of specialisation for 9 years. I oversee two other employees. Providing excellent client service is always my key objective. I also aim to be personable, and approachable, and to provide concise legal advice without unnecessary jargon. This has certainly helped me to develop and maintain good relations with clients, which is essential if I am to understand their property needs.
