I am a member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners, a body of the most experienced and senior practitioners in the field of trusts and estates. As a principal and head of the private client department in Blandford, I also oversee the firm’s probate and estate administration team. I qualified as a solicitor in 2001. I am the head of the private client department of about 35 members of staff. I specialise in complex estate planning, asset protection and agricultural estate planning.

Blanchard Bailey have dealt with Wills and inheritance tax. PoA and trusts. Buying and selling property. I have been putting this off for far too long so decided to bite the bullet and get wills drawn up. I attended the Dorset County Show and Blanchards Bailey had a stand there but were also sponsors of the show and so I booked an appointment with Jerome Dodge. He was very good at leading us through the process and suggested a number of things we hadn't previously thought of. Would highly recommend.

I was recently sent a Notice from another Solicitors, concerning my fathers Lasting power of Attorney. I wanted to get some clarification and advice on the implications of the notice and reached out to Blanchards Bailey to help. Jerome Dodge was excellent and explained what the Notice meant and offered some options on how to proceed. Jerome was very sympathetic at what was an emotional time for all involved. Excellent service and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

- Informed, Understandable, Calm, Clear headed, Honest -
The title says it all. Mr. Jerome Dodge is a master of his subject, he clearly and intelligibly revealed enough and no more of the pros and cons of Trusts to allow us to make an informed, clear headed decision. All over a cup of tea in a comfortable meeting room.
I recommend Blanchards Bailey of Blandford Forum unreservedly.
