A smooth and professional experience

Service and Advice You Can Rely On
During a near on 4 year case (Aug 2019 - April 2023), the team at Blanchards Bailey have been nothing other than professional, polite and compassionate. Not to mention patient with me whilst I grapple with the impact of the case(s) and making difficult decisions.
Dealing with family matters (contact and access to children) and a divorce (including financial matters) for me, I had clear advice and options presented at every stage including direct help with navigating all the paperwork and court protocol; a world that was completely alien to me - not once did I feel out of my depth or without support from the team.
A huge recommendation for Julie and Paula who have been on the case since 2019; a credit to Blanchards Bailey, Laura Martin and the family team.
Blanchards Bailey also handled engagement of barristers 3BP as needed through out the case and various hearings; a huge help.
In review of the fees incurred; this is not reflective of Blanchards Bailey service; the fees paid were reflective of the amount of effort required from the team. Despite a very large sum of money overall, this did represent good value (which I appreciate is completely subjective)
Will not be hesitating to use Blanchards Bailey for all future legal needs (be that personal or business related).

Divorce
Alan was excellent in handling the transfer of deeds and equity release during my prolonged divorce.
Laura was extremely professional in the handling of my actual divorce and certainly acted in my best intetests.

Family Law - Financial Order
Laura was very up front and transparent the whole way through a very challenging process which ended up quite drawn out due to the other party. Throughout she was honest about what the options were and the likelihood of getting everything approved as we wanted without problems, and any necessary steps that may be required should the courts ask for them.
