So disappointed in our experience when moving house. We were not regularly updated and found that we had to ask constantly for updates. It was the most stressful experience when it really didn’t have to be. We were told a moving date so we organised deliveries and a removal van, to be told a few days before that we could not actually move on said date. Awful experience
