I was 100% happy with all the help and advise I received from Michael Parker. His responses to my early emails and calls were always prompt short and to the point when I needed help the most. My only regret is my insurers have provide me with their own solicitor even though I asked if I come proceed with Michael. Michael's advise was invaluable, The letter Michael sent to my neighbours really seem to defuse the situation which I am truly grateful for as things were really escalating out of hand. My insurers solicitor's are still assessing my claim which is really frustrating as when I spoke to Michael he seem to have a clear route forward. It's good to know that in your email you said your there for me in the future if I need any further assistance with my situation. This is truly appreciated as things seem to be stagnating some what with my insurance company as I said earlier. Once again thank you for all your help so far.
