Banner Jones were recommended to me by a friend so I used them for the purchase of our new house. The whole team are excellent and I can't praise them enough. For a property purchase that fell through in the early stages, charged 50% of the total fee quoted. Feeling deceived.
"50% of the conveyancer’s Fees referred to above plus any disbursements incurred when instructions are withdrawn after the drafting of a contract for sale." - reference from their quote - but there was no draft of a contract as such at this point but still sent a bill for 50% fee, disappointing.

Dropped the chain less than ten hours before moving time because they failed to do adequate checks on the people above including a money laundering check. Made a lot of people angry this day due to gross incompetence. I'm embarrassed for their team, their name is mud.
