Portal was great for ease of uploading documents, especially when there are a lot. Process was relatively stress free and always acted on information sent promptly. My only criticism was that sometimes it’s easier to pick up the phone for certain information. Although being digital is great, some things are just better delivered by telephone.

I have had to sell my mothers house following
her death. I have found the whole process quite
stressful having never done this alone before.
With it not being my own house some of the
information being asked of me was difficult to find.
Sophie at Banner Jones eased the stress by communicating clearly and answering any of my

Only issue was around finance. You gave me a substantial amount of money back, which was nice, and then sent me an invoice for £130 some time later.

Jade and the team, did a great job for me. There’s was a number of complications along the way, however they worked diligently to get them fixed. So please I went with them, I would defiantly recommend them. Big shout out to Stella, She was fantastic.
