I and my family truly appreciate all that Nikki and her team has done and all that she continues to do for our family as we aren't quite through the Probate process fully. We simply could not have done any of this without her and her team. We know that there has been a lot of work over an extended period of time and it hardly ever went to plan through no fault of ours or Banner Jones. Late Mothers Estate
Obtained Probate on 8th of November 2023 did not inform me of this (even though I was an Executor named in the will) till 21st June 2024.
So the six months exemption for council tax had run over and I was liable for the £180 per month council tax charge.
Could have put the property up for sale in November if they had let me know.

Preparation of wills and lasting power of attorney
Dealing with solicitors can be daunting, but such thoughts were immediately dispelled on our first visit. Banner Jones staff were friendly and very professional in dealing with our wills and LPA's. Good advice was given in a clear and easy to understand manner. We were given a full explanation of matters and the legal paperwork involved. We would use Banner Jones again. For avoidance of doubt, we are not connected or related in anyway, despite the name similarity.

Great customer care
We were very impressed by the care and attention we received in the matter of setting up our LPA's and the transfer of our Wills from another solicitor to banner jones.
