We initially were told we would need probate by the bank following the death of our mum. After meeting with Jake he conacted the bank who were happy to transfer the funds without probate which saved us money and time. Very straight forward which made things easy for us.

Would highly recommend due to great communication throughout both the sale and purchase of our property and excellent knowledge to guide us through the process.
