Great service from both Kate & Ben, not moved home for quite awhile so needed advice constantly & both were lovely & patient with me, was a great process from beginning to end, cant recommend Bannerjones enough.

First class service from Banner Jones
Kate Skelton supported me in the purchase of my first home which turned out to be a lengthy and difficult process.
She helped me through each stage, clearly communicating what was outstanding and what was required from different parties to keep the process moving along.
I would highly recommend Banner Jones and Kat Skelton to anyone looking to purchase a property.

House sale and buy
Kate was excellent from start to finish and always kept us upto date. The entire process was so easy thanks to Kate and her team even when our buyers solicitor was causing issues Kate resolved everything for us. Can’t recommend Kate enough.

Supportive process
The team at Banner Jones were very helpful throughout the whole process of our house purchase.
There were a few things we did not understand about some of the things we needed to do as buyers of a leasehold property.
Kate and Kate explained things clearly and were very tenacious in following up on all aspects of the purchase. All team members are polite and professional and return calls swiftly.
We would recommend using Banner Jones for a quality service.

Kate and her team are incredible
I can’t thank Kate Skelton and her team enough. After a number of disappointing let downs from houses earlier in the year, Kate supported the process of my house purchase from start to finish. She went above and beyond to answer my questions at what felt like a very uncertain time and was always very knowledgeable. She managed to get my house through in record time and I honestly can not thank her enough. Highly recommend Kate and her team. Thank you!

Helpful and professional conveyancing service
Kate and her team at Banner Jones in Sheffield were excellent managing the legal process of purchasing our new home with a tight timescale set of two months from first viewing to completion. They provided clear and helpful advice managing the process mainly online with communication by email, occasional phonecalls and popping into the office as needed.
The team then managed the sale of our previous house successfully to completion. Kate provided good advice and arranged an indemnity to deal with a boundary / title issue that was raised during the sales process.

Communication was very bad, I asked various questions that were left unanswered until I eventually spoke to someone at the office in Sheffield center.
Telephone calls were impossible, due to sometimes no one answering but most annoyingly was the phone messaging service. When i was wanting to leave a message the verbal message said, " once you have left a message please press the pound key" The pound key? nobody has one of these.
So i couldn't even leave a message for my very expensive solicitor.
My partner has just used the Chesterfield office for a house purchase and found exactly the same problem.
However Clare Harding at Dronfield was very helpful.
