Great communication & super efficient
Amber and her team in Chesterfield have been the best conveyancing solicitors we have ever used (and we’ve used many). Their communication was excellent- any email was acknowledged immediately and responded to within 24 hours. They processed one sale and two purchases (one seller abandoned) in an efficient and non complicated way. You really couldn’t ask for more. Even if you didn’t live in the area I would recommend using them because you wouldn’t need to visit their offices - it was all completed online, and you could send only the final signed documents by courier/post. It’s a stressful time enough with the upheaval and uncertainty of it all - it was great to have solicitors that you felt were on your side and wanted to you to reach the end of your journey smoothly.

Excellent
Amber and her team were very good during the sale of my late mother's flat, which proved quite difficult to sell. The transaction started with myself acting under Power of Attorney and, after her death, as Executor. The buyers were slow to sell their own property so the transaction dragged on but I was kept informed and exchange and completion, when they eventually came, were crisp and efficient. Very happy to recommend.

Sale and purchase

Great service, would highly recommend
Amber and her team have been so helpful throughout our whole process. All searches came back really quickly and they were so quick to help with any query we had. We didn't have the easiest case as we were rushing for timings before our Mortgage Offer expired due to issues further up the chain but Amber and her team did everything the could to make sure we completed in time.
Great service and would highly recommend Banner Jones (and we already have)

Very pleased

Sale of our apartment
Our apartment was complicated as it had maintenance contracts and shareholder agreements. It also a piece of land attached that was included in the sale. Amber dealt with it all brilliantly from start to finish and always replied to our questions very quickly.
I would always use Amber and Banner Jones in the future.
