What I thought was going to be a straightforward end to my Civil Partnership did not materialise, thankfully, I had Lauren. She made it very easy to understand the legal aspects and explained my options at every part of the process. I got more than the result I expected and I will be forever grateful for guiding me through which turned out to be an unnecessarily long dissolution. But we got there in the end. I would highly recommend Banner Jones and I will be using their will service shortly.

Never Give UP!!!!

I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to my Lawyer Kelly Parks for fighting my corner and for being there for me. It has taken a lot of patience, time and a long fight to finally get a solution and to get hold of my money. Be tenacious, never give up!!!! Dear Kelly, all the best.

Lauren …… Thank you .

Throughout the last four and a half years of very difficult divorce proceedings I have been very lucky to have had the support of Lauren . It has been an emotional ,scary, frustrating journey but with Lauren’s professionalism, and enduring tenacity I got my perfect outcome . Always responding to or finding the answers to any queries promptly ,ringing me back ASAP .etc. I cannot speak highly enough of Lauren who is approachable , explains things clearly and precisely without rushing you and making sure you understand and are happy with the answers and information given. I couldn’t have done this without the support Lauren has given to me .

Employment Law - Simply Amazing

This review is based on my personal experience with Banner Jones and specifically having Katie Ash, who is the Director and Head of Employment Law at their Chesterfield office, support me during a time with for which I had no prior experience. I found the service via another member of the Banner Jones group (in Sheffield), whom I've used for years for my conveyancing, who is equally excellent and thanks to them, got me in touch with Katie.

Katie was unbelievable, an expert in her field and took the stress and emotion out of it and even when I let that emotion surface, her ability to maintain calm and talk me through it, her professionalism, technique and 'real' empathy, alongside her unwavering natural skill was very impressive to watch play out. With little notice from me, the managed to find time somehow for the fire that I'd placed on her plate, and within a matter weeks, it was dealt with. The difference she made to me between the first phone call and the resolution, I can't even put into words, just fantastic.

I cannot thank her enough, her team and all those involved for what they've done for us. And I personally wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any of my own legal needs.

Thank you!

Our impressions of BannerJones were already very high as they were recommended for selling our then, current house. After another local solicitor let us down mid-case for our purchase only 5 weeks before our mortgage offer end date, we moved to BannerJones and were extremely impressed at the service we received. We are almost certain if we hadn’t moved to BannerJones and had Hollie Watkins as our conveyancer, both our sale and purchase would have fallen through. She went above and beyond to do what was necessary for our purchase to complete. Josh & his team covering our sale case worked alongside Hollie and everything went exactly as we had originally hoped. We were also really impressed with the internal communication not only between both solicitors but also with the reception team when dropping off some of the documents and organising face-to-face meetings. We would recommend BannerJones’ conveyancing services (only because we haven’t experienced another of their vast services) over and over, time and time again.

Was represented by Vince Beckworth and Sarah White. During my family law case I found it very stressful and they were amazing, honest and very much to the point. I imagine I was a difficult client at times however they were extremely patient and supportive during a very stressful time. I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to anyone. Vince told me from the start how to approach my case, I followed his advice to the letter and got the outcome I wanted. All I can say is thank you.

Very good solicitors that's all I will say.
They have family law offices in South Yorkshire as well. I had gone to 5 solicitor firms this people really stepped up putting the previous law firms to shame. Their receptionists and secretaries are excellent and very patient. I would highly recomend these people to potential clients on the Autism Spectrum. As long as you explain your condition they will show you understanding rather than just paying lip service. Their paralegals are excellent!
