Can't thank Holly and the team enough for their work and support throughout the conveyancing process. It's supposed to be one of the most stressful things in life, but Holly helped everything go through smoothly; lots of communication, quick responses, patient explanation and options, despite the house purchase being completed a week before Christmas, and there being a few issues with other parties in the chain.

I was made aware that Holly Fellowes (solicitor at Banner Jones) would meet with the Estate Agents on a weekly basis. Communication between the Estate agent and Holly Fellowes was clear and efficient. This ensured that the sale of the house went through really quickly. My experience as a first time buyer with Banner Jones
I would describe my experience as a first buyer with Banner Jones as superb for the following reasons:-
It was easy to contact my solicitor with a query, or when I needed further information. My solicitor was approachable and she was always willing to answer my query, on break down any jargon.
Commutation was excellent throughout my transaction. The legal team were always quick to respond, and kept me up-to-date.
Solicitor knowledgeable and provided in-depth knowledge on legal issues.
