Probate Executive

Jake joined Banner Jones in September 2024 as Probate Executive in the Private Client team in our Sheffield office. He specialises in Probate matters including Grant of Probate, full estate administration, complex estate administration and intestate estates where there is no Will in place. Jake also assists clients in their Wills and LPAs. Jake started working in law at 19 years old and moved into Private Client 10 years ago where he was a paralegal for Trusts, Estates, Court of Protection, Wills and LPAs and then became a Probate Executive. Jake guides his clients through every step of their matter with empathy and compassion.
