Writing of Wills and related issues.
Having to deal with legal matters can sometimes be intimidating for those outside the legal profession. Jake completely understood our situation, offered valuable advice and helped us through all the paperwork. He has a very calming and friendly attitude; certainly not intimidating!

Excellent.
I found that having Banner Jones as my Solicitors gave me peace of mind and for this I am truly grateful. To deal with a death in the family one needs to have expert solicitors to help with all of the legal aspects pertaining to wills, etc and Banner Jones, for me, were the expert solicitors.

Probate
We initially were told we would need probate by the bank following the death of our mum. After meeting with Jake he conacted the bank who were happy to transfer the funds without probate which saved us money and time. Very straight forward which made things easy for us.

Legal Advice
I cannot thank Jake and Banner Jones enough for the excellent and very customer friendly service and advice that he has both been shown and given in bringing about a speedy conclusion to the resolution of my late mums estate.

Excellent service received from Jake Coy Probate Executive, Sheffield branch Banner Jones. Jake took over our late Sisters Full Administration-Intestacy case.
