Extremely sufficient, Lovely firm, 100% would recommend
I would 100% recommend this firm. They were very sufficient in getting the ball rolling and chasing documents that needed to be chased. We moved into our first home very quickly because this firm didn’t mess about or keep us waiting. I found Cheryl and Emily extremely helpful and I could call them with any questions or concerns that I had. This was always a direct line with no ‘leaving a message at reception’ mentality. I was always promptly reassured with any process and the next steps to take if our seller threw a curve ball (Which they did). Ofcourse, this was golden if you have no knowledge on property law. If you want a solicitor who’s going to get the job done, with no messing about then bannerjones is the one.

Very pleased with the professional service given.
Cheryl was wonderfully helpful and supportive through what turned out to be a long winded and arduous journey through no fault of our own nor Cheryl's. Without Cheryl's help I honestly don't know what we would have done. Her guidance was vital and very welcome. Professional & efficient conveyancing

Moving home

Fantastic service
Our experience with Cheryl at Banner Jones was fantastic.

Cheryl & Emilie = Dream Team
We bought our first house in August 2023 and Cheryl and her team came highly recommended. We aren't local, having purchased in Stamford; but there was no need to worry about not being a face to face transaction. Whenever we needed them, Cheryl and Emelie were there for us every step of the way.
They worked fast, always kept in touch when they said they would and were - simply - wonderful to deal with.
