House Purchase
The service we received helped us through what was a roller coaster journey, complicated chain with various obstacles. Constant communication/advice and the true feeling that my Banner Jones contact (SC) was 100% with us. Very professional and articulate, but also understanding and passionate about seeing this through to the end. Not sure we would have seen the purchase through with anyone else, thankfully we have. We highly recommend this company.

1st time buyers

Property Sale and Purchase
This is the 2nd time we have used Banner Jones. They are efficient, knowledgeable, thorough and informative. Communication of all kinds and the verbal support is excellent. Easily contactable and always willing to take the time to explain the process. All round excellent service. An online portal would be a great addition.

Great digital service
Portal was great for ease of uploading documents, especially when there are a lot. Process was relatively stress free and always acted on information sent promptly. My only criticism was that sometimes it’s easier to pick up the phone for certain information. Although being digital is great, some things are just better delivered by telephone.
