Excellent As Ever
We have used Josh and the team at Banner Jones on several occasions (after previous poor experiences with other local Solicitors), and I have to say that the service we received from them was second to none. They made the process as easy as possible, and worked hard to meet the deadlines we were aiming for, even calling after hours to provide us with updates. Straight forward House Sale
Unfortunately I did not have a smooth experience with Banner Jones. What I believed to be a very straight forward sale, of an empty property to a first time buyer, it actually took 4 months to complete. I completed a portal for the sale which I expected to ease communication between myself and the solicitor, and keep me well informed of progress and reduce my stress, but after the initial completion of information on the portal this was not used again. In addition when expected to review memorandum of sale I was unable to access the document and had to ask it to be emailed to me.
Communication from the solicitor was poor, no information on progress was offered and I had to repeatedly chase to ensure issues were addressed. An issue with Land Registry was resolved through a phone call by myself after several days of being told the solicitor was chasing but land registry were not responding. The problem was my solicitor was quoting the wrong reference number for my case. Easily resolved!
I was repeatedly told that progress was slow and problems were because the buyers solicitors were not responding. I also thought my buyers were being difficult. Communication through my estate agent though proved that this was not the case.
Selling a house is a stressful experience in its own right. Banner Jones did nothing to ease this stress. With a time consuming job I often had to make additional time to make phone calls and wait for the call back as they were never available to answer my questions. Please, if using them proceed with caution and get ready for a long process.

Very professional service, highly recommended!
Olivia and Josh were extremely professional throughout and went above and beyond to ensure the house sale was completed at the earliest opportunity. We were very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell their home.

Josh was brilliant throughout selling and buying my properties. I was kept up to date all the way through. Excellent communication. It all went smoothly, didn't get stressed at any point. Josh was easy to talk to and very helpful. Emilie was always polite and helpful too. Would definitely recommend.

Our impressions of BannerJones were already very high as they were recommended for selling our then, current house. After another local solicitor let us down mid-case for our purchase only 5 weeks before our mortgage offer end date, we moved to BannerJones and were extremely impressed at the service we received. We are almost certain if we hadn’t moved to BannerJones and had Hollie Watkins as our conveyancer, both our sale and purchase would have fallen through. She went above and beyond to do what was necessary for our purchase to complete. Josh & his team covering our sale case worked alongside Hollie and everything went exactly as we had originally hoped. We were also really impressed with the internal communication not only between both solicitors but also with the reception team when dropping off some of the documents and organising face-to-face meetings. We would recommend BannerJones’ conveyancing services (only because we haven’t experienced another of their vast services) over and over, time and time again.

House Move
Banner Jones provided an excellent service during our relocation. They always responded to any request and were polite and courteous at all times. Moving home is stressful but relocating is more stressful. Banner Jones made the relocation work for us. Thank You.
