I would recommend this company

I would recommend this company. I was happy with the service they provided it did take a long time to complete but that was due to problems out of their control. I like the fact that you can go to their office and not just dealing with an online company.

Professional, efficient and clear

The purchase of our property was a fairly protracted affair, through no fault of Sweeny Millers. Still, they sought at every stage to expedite the process, clearly communicate what was required, and simplify what could be a challenging transaction.

We were extremely happy with the service we received and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a solicitor for their house purchase/sale.

I was very sceptical initially, with having a Conveyancing Solicitor, who was Geographically hundreds of miles away from where I live and was buying a property. I have heard many stories about not being able to contact the Solicitor and them taking days to answer emails and never responding to urgent calls.
I was prepared for the worst.
The opposite turned out to be true!
Viktorija, responded to all my emails, promptly and usually on the same day.
She answered and explained each and every one of my queries and concerns, in detail and without bias.
I could not have asked for a better Solicitor and class myself as extremely lucky to have had Viktorija.
I will go back to her and recommend her to others, if and when the occasion arises.
I would class myself as an impatient and demanding client. Always searching for answers and trying to cover all my bases, whilst leading a busy life.
I will always be grateful for her patience and professionalism.

As joint executor of my late Aunty's,Will.
It has been,a very lengthy process,achieving G.of P Oct 23.And still ongoing March 25.
No blame attached to Charlotte C,whom I understand was as frustrated as myself
Certain elements were out of our control, unfortunately .I now ,are awaiting the PA1P process result, fingers crossed,to become sole executor, as opposed to joint.
I understand,things being against us,unfortunately.
But myself and beneficiaries, are very ,very concerned of the final bill for services to Sweeney.Which no-one has actually stated, although was ready for distribution July 24?,This length of time must be far above the average

I had the pleasure of working with Lucy Bridge on my first property purchase. As a first time buyer you always hear the horror stories but thankfully working with Lucy couldn’t have been a better experience. Lucy was very patient and was happy to answer any queries I had; explaining things thoroughly and making sure I was happy throughout the whole process. Responses to queries were made in a rapid timescale and she was also available over the phone if needed. I’d happily use Sweeney Miller in the future and would also recommend them to anyone who is looking for a decent firm. Thanks again for all your help Lucy!
