Excellent from start to finish

Amazing service on my property completion
The service was excellent it helped to take the stress out of moving house thank you to Chloe and Lauren for a spectacular smooth and friendly service - nothing was too much trouble in order to meet our required completion date! Also thank you to the accounts team for making the completion date quick and easy, keys were with us by 1230pm 😀 🏠

Flat sale/house purchase
We used Sweeney Miller for our flat sale and house purchase this year, and we were very happy with the service we received. Special thanks to Chloe Cheeseborough who was super responsive and always took the time to explain where we were in the process/helping to manage our expectations, especially given we were in a chain of five. We never struggled to get hold of someone (thank you to Lauren for the support alongside Chloe) and felt informed throughout the whole process. Thank you again for your efforts, right up to the last moment on completion day, which proved to be a tense last hour!

Chloe is absolutely amazing!
Chloe was our solicitor throught the process of buying our first home. She was very attentive and an amazing professional. Always ready to respond to any questions and always kept us in the loop. She is genuinely really good at her job!!

House Purchase
As first time buyers we had a very smooth process. We had a lot of questions which were answered and everything was explained clearly to us. Everything was efficient. We were kept up to date through every stage of the process. Would recommend to anyone requiring legal help/advice.
