I came to Sweeney Miller having listened to one of the partners at a trade conference and having had several emails to my previous solicitors ignored.
From my very first contact with the firm, they were professional, polite and extremely quick to agree to take on a relatively simple matter. They took instructions within 24 hours of first contact and actioned those instructions 24 hours after that. As a result, the matter was resolved to my satisfaction within 10 days.
Kira was a delight to deal with and I am very grateful for her help. Such brilliant service isn't to be taken for granted and is, unfortunately, becoming quite rare.

Tenant - Possession Order
Kira handled a possession order for a property of ours. She handled this very professionally, providing regular updates, offered solution based advise. Kira was easy to contact. Highly recommend

Fast and efficient service
I met someone from this company at a Landlord event in Sunderland. However they were also recommended by my Managing Agent. The person I liaised with was Kira. She was swift to respond to my e-mails, professional and very helpful. I will use this firm again.
