Absolutely fabulous service from Niamh and Kolshuma, both of them available by either phone or email when you needed them. They kept on top of our buyers/sellers solicitors to ensure our tight deadlines were met and even our Estate Agent couldn’t believe their efficiency & efforts. Highly recommend!

Done Deal
We were initially wary of using a ‘remote’ solicitors ( Sunderland is not local to Milton Keynes…) for our house sale but we need not have been. Communication was excellent throughout and we were updated at every step. Due to our circumstances, we were on a tight deadline for exchange and completion and our solicitor still got the job done. We received a friendly, professional service (dealt with the same person throughout the process) and felt that they had our back. Nobody likes paying solicitors fees but in this case we feel we had value for our money.
