Leasehold Purchase
Shahar helped my neighbor and I purchase our lease from a long-time holder. The entire affair was drawn out but this was due to several matters surrounding the purchase.
Once Shahar become involved in our case, he was nothing short of efficiant, diligant, informataive and polite. He was communicatative and friendly, and helped us shift this over the line. I would highly recommend his services.

House purchase

First Class Service - Highly Recommended
Sweeney Miller handled the recent conveyancing of my mixed-use residential/commercial property. From the outset their service was excellent. I was particularly impressed by the team's communications - all queries were responded to very quickly. They were completely 'on the ball' throughout the process, chasing up the other party as needed, thus concluding the sale expeditiously.
I was reassured at all times that my matters were in safe hands and I would, most certainly, use the firm again.
