Sale and purchase of new home

I recently used Sweeney Miller Law for the sale and purchase of my property, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. From the initial consultation to the final completion, Emma & Amardip were incredibly professional, efficient, and thorough. They explained everything in detail, making sure I understood each step of the process.

Their communication was excellent, always keeping me updated on progress and responding to any queries promptly. I felt confident that they had my best interests in mind, and their attention to detail ensured a smooth transaction.

The pricing was transparent with no hidden fees, and they worked hard to ensure everything went through on time. I highly recommend Sweeney Miller Law for anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable property solicitor. Thank you for making this process so much easier!

I had the pleasure of working with Darcy and Rukhsana when buying my first property, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

From start to finish, Darcy was friendly, knowledgeable, and consistently kept me updated—sometimes almost daily—which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I always hear horror stories about solicitors when buying houses, but that was far from my experience. Darcy made everything feel easy and straightforward, and speaking to her was like chatting with a friend—one who happens to know a lot about buying houses!

Rukhsana was friendly, professional, and incredibly patient throughout the process. She always made time to explain everything clearly, no matter how many questions I had, and ensured I understood each step along the way. Partway through, Rukhsana took over from another solicitor in the firm, and I was amazed at how quickly she picked everything up—she hit the ground running the very same day with a clear understanding of where we were in the process. Her dedication and expertise made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable.

I’m so grateful for their hard work and would highly recommend the to anyone in need of a reliable and knowledgeable solicitor!

Sweeney Miller recently did the conveyancing on my sale and purchase.
Communication was ok, but could have been swifter. I found out from the estate agent for the house I was buying that we had exchanged, and then completed some time before Sweeney Miller told me.
The app was reasonably pointless. It was never up to date on the stage of the process and everything was done over email anyway.
I'd asked to use Docusign but was sent everything to print out, sign and post back. Surely in 2024 there are better ways of handling signing of documents.
