First time buyer
Great communication and support from all the staff throughout the whole process of buying my first home. All steps were complete in a timely manner and I never had to stress or worry.

Sale and purchasing
From the beginning of getting our quote Sweeney Miller have been amazing. Michael went through all the terms and costs really explaining why and what they’re for ane was very transparent. For the most part Khushi took over she was amazing at chasing other parties and always took time to keep us updated. Sweeney Miller are extremely responsive and if it wasn’t for them constantly contacting other conveyancers in the chain it would have taken a lot longer and possibly collapsed. Even when there was staff absence due to summer the work was always handed over and everyone we spoke to was very knowledgeable about the case. We also found Cem and Brian great supports. Would definitely use them going forward for any legal issues!

Responsive and Efficient

House sale and purchase
David, Mona and Khushi were so helpful with the sale and purchase. Every question was answered quickly and put all my worries at ease. I’m in Devon so I was worried about communication and paperwork but honestly they made it a breeze. I would highly recommend. They were a suggestion from the bank so very happy with the recommendation. Thank you for all your help and support! One happy home owner!

Very happy with the service provided
Used the Sweeney Miller services to buy leasehold flat in London. The have a very good knowledge of the process. Prompt with replies to all emails. Had to call them few times and it wasn't a problem either. Dealt mostly with David, Khushi and then Kierra and the were all fantastic. Highly recommend.

Great Service
David and Khushi were superb from start to finish. We were in a difficult family position with our move and both colleagues understood the need for speed and urgency and were always responsive to my emails and calls.
