Quick, professional and great communication
This is the first time I have ever sold a house. It's quite a daunting prospect. But I needn't have worried. I was recommended to use Sweeney Miller by Holbrook Estate Agents as they have worked a lot together in the past, so I knew this would be advisable.
Alys Terebenec was the Conveyancer Reyhan Onay was the Conveyancing Assistant. She was the main person who made contact with me and handled every communication and query. I was impressed with her promptness, efficiency and clear communications via email.
If I had any queries she would reply straight away - even if it was to say she would check something with the Conveyancer . Then she would get back to me with the answer, or give me a time frame by which i could expect the answer. Sounds simple and common sense, but not many people do this.
I'm a project manager by trade and so I felt that her manner and efficiency was remarkable.
Genui ley appreciate of how quick this took, this was not a sale in a chain and was quite a straight foward sale, so shouldn't have taken long and it wasn't dragged out for the sale of it. I knew the fees I was expected to pay up front which was helpful too.
I would most certainly instruct Sweeney Miller (specifically Reyhan and Alys) again should I have a house sale in the future.
Thank you to both of you - specifically Reyhan - for you professionalism., efficiency and thoughtfulness throughout. It is genuinely appreciated.

Amazing Experience
I put an offer in on a house in March and moved in in June and a huge amount of credit has to go to Alys and Reyhan at Sweeney Miller. They replied to emails so quickly and guided me through the entire process. I can't thank them enough for everything they did. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. They're an absolute credit to the practice.

Smooth Housing Purchase Process
Reyhan and Alys assisted us with the purchase of our first home and even when obstacles arose they were quick to rectify an issues to get this process over the line quickly and smoothly. We would definitely recommend them both and would consider using them for our next purchase

Conveyancing and don't worry about your location
What could have been a nightmare when dealing with a property miles away was painless and easily and efficiently handled by Alys Terebenec and Reyhan Onay. Everything was handled online which avoided lengthy journeys as required by other Solicitors in the area. Delighted with the whole process from start to finish and will definitely use again.
